Bryon Hough - CEO/Founder
Since 1992, I have been deeply involved in all aspects of the Children’s Activity Industry. My experience spans a successful career that began as a soccer and gymnastics coach. My passion for sports then grew into a desire to build a career in the industry. In 2011, after 20 years of working in all levels of the Children’s Activity industry, I began the ownership journey. Now, as the owner of ten children’s activity facilities, I am passionate about not only the continuation of our company growth, but also seeing the industry become even stronger and larger.
I am passionate about helping professionals reach their goals by providing expert guidance in staff training, financial management, and strategic growth.
In 2020, I founded Children’s Activities Management Incorporated (CAM Inc.) to consolidate administrative costs for our companies during the pandemic. The company quickly scaled to provide comprehensive management support and consulting industry wide. We provide support for all areas in the industry, including business valuation and representation during sales or acquisitions. Based in the Midwest, CAM Inc. serves clients nationwide through in-person and virtual consultations, offering tailored solutions to help businesses thrive.
